Sadie St. Lawrence

 Sadie founded Women in Data because she believes when we bring diverse minds together and use critical reasoning through data, we can make the world a better place. Sadie holds an MS in Analytics from Villanova University and BA in Psychology from California State University. In the day, Sadie works as the lead data scientist for VSP Global. When she’s not crunching numbers, you can find her outdoors, studying music, or practicing Ashtanga yoga.

Simi Hunjan


Kriti Bhatia 


 Simi is the Director of Partner Relations for Women in Data.  She recently graduated with her Master’s of Science degree in Data Science from University of the Pacific and joined Women in Data to engage and educate the community about the field of data science.  Simi also works as a Developer Advocate for Hedera Hashgraph, who believe in a more trusted, safe, and equitable online world. 


Kriti is the Director of Chapter Development for Women in Data. She holds a B.S. in Economics from University of Nevada, Reno and has taken analytics courses from UC Berkeley.  Kriti is passionate about IT, specifically utilizing data for strategic insights in order to drive change. She hopes to create a community where people can share knowledge and empower each other to make an impact.

Alissa McBain

 Alissa is the Operations Coordinator for Women in Data. She holds a BS in Applied Mathematics from San Francisco State University, and helps keep the Women in Data ship running smoothly on a day to day basis. Alissa is jazzed about getting young women interested in tech, and specifically data, and aims to be an advocate for women already in the field.
